Refund & Cancelation Policy

1. Refund PolicyAll purchases are non-refundable once the service or digital content has been accessed. A refund may be considered if the payment has been successfully deducted from the customer’s account but the purchased service has not been delivered or made available.In case of duplicate payments for the same service, the additional/duplicate payment will be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation PolicyCancellation requests may be made before the customer accesses or begins using the purchased service.Once access to the service or digital content has commenced, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Refund ProcessingApproved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
